Whiskey: The Tangible Asset for Your Portfolio
Most people fail to diversify their investments.
They invest all their money in intangible assets like stocks, bonds, and crypto.
The solution - fine whiskey.
Whiskey is a tangible asset, providing a unique appeal compared to other investments. Casks of whiskey have measurable attributes like size, age, and weight, making their value indisputable. This physical nature allows for clear identification of issues and adjustments to safeguard future value.

Should You Buy the High-Paying Dividend Stocks?
First, what is a high-paying dividend?
Dividends: When you own stock, you're essentially a part-owner of a company. Some companies regularly share a portion of their profits with their owners (shareholders), which is called a dividend.
High-Paying Dividend: 4-6% is considered a high dividend payout. 1-3% is regarded as a low percentage.
Investing in high-paying dividend stocks can be an attractive option for many investors, but it's essential to weigh the pros and cons before deciding.
Some of the common reasons Investors Buy High-Paying Dividend Stocks areβ¦
Regular Income: High-paying dividend stocks provide a steady stream of income, which can be particularly beneficial for retirees or those seeking passive income.
Compounding Returns: Reinvesting dividends can significantly enhance long-term returns through the power of compounding.
Lower Volatility: Dividend-paying stocks often exhibit lower volatility compared to non-dividend-paying stocks, as they tend to be established companies with stable earnings.

China Stimulus
China plans to issue one trillion yuan of ultra-long special government bonds to support the budget and to raise the special local government bond quota to 3.9 trillion yuan from 3.8 trillion yuan in 2023.
China needs to take advantage of its economic positioning. A reemergence of China could thrive for many companies and even keep the U.S. market afloat for longer.

NEVER OVER-LEVERAGE
Last week, we had a minor brokerage outage during which many trading platforms were unavailable. I use E*Trade, and though it is reliable, it was unavailable for almost five hours after the market opened.
The lesson.
Many people lost tons of money because they could not get rid of their positions due to the software error. Imagine if this was a day when the market dropped 100+ points and you didnβt have access to your accountβ¦ Horrifying, right?
Well, that's the fundamental concept of risk management. Anything is possible. Remember, never trade with more than you are willing to lose.
